AI and Machine Learning Policy
👋 Hey there,
We know that AI — or more accurately, large language models — is a hot topic right now, and we’d like to take a moment to share our thoughts.
First of all, we believe AI is a powerful tool that can support better decision-making and improve our lives. For example, it can help verify whether submissions are correctly completed or flag potentially suspicious ones. That said, we also recognise the importance of using AI responsibly and ethically.
All AI features are opt-in, and we're committed to using them in a way that respects your privacy and protects your data.
This policy outlines what you can expect from us and our AI features – including how data is used, your rights, and your responsibilities. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@sendsomething.ai.
Thank you for choosing Send Something!
